Shipping, Returns & Exchange
Shipping
We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is informed on the website from time to time. For all orders below the minimum order amount, an additional shipping charge of 99 INR will be applied at checkout. The order will take 7-10 days to reach your doorstep. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final.
Cash on delivery
For all cash-on-delivery purchases, an additional handling fee of 50 INR plus shipping charges will be applied at checkout. We will call your mobile number to confirm the order prior to processing your COD order. Any unreachable customer will be emailed for further contact. If we are unable to get in touch with you for 8 days from the date of your order, it will automatically get cancelled.
Cancellations
Orders that are placed on the website can be cancelled on the same day by reaching out to our customer care or CANCEL button from the order details page under My account section in time that is before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 8 - 9 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Refunds
The products can not be returned or replaced under the following circumstances
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
- Incomplete order – missing products
The products will not be accepted for return or replacement under the following circumstances
- Opened/ used/ altered products.
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
- The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The damaged/ missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery.
